Furthermore, Grace’s expertise and knowledge in accounting and business administration has made her a valued consultant to a broad spectrum of foreign companies starting-up in Kenya.

Effie is a dedicated and passionate professional with an overall background in Human Resources, Customer Relations and Marketing with more than 8 years’ experience, during which time she has been a problem solver and cultivated long lasting working relationships both in Kenya and internationally.
In particular she has vast experience working with recruiting firms based in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, sourcing the best and most productive Kenyan candidates to work abroad. Effie understands and believes in candidates and their life goals and possesses a constant need to learn and grow. It is these qualities that enable Effie to better understand the clients’ needs and the importance of quality assurance.
Edward “Eddie” Cole
International Recruitment Consultant
Eddie is KSA/GCC Operations Lead who has a wealth of international working experience both in the UK military and the civilian sector and who conducts and oversees candidate screening and selection.
After relocating from his native UK, he began working in Saudi Arabia in 2012 with a large American multinational infrastructure consulting firm. Eddie is familiar with the customs and cultures of a myriad of locations and can advise and provide guidance to candidates on the different cultural challenges that an individual often faces when working abroad in what is initially an unfamiliar environment. He ensures all our candidates are fully briefed about their employment choice so they can then make a fully informed decision.
